This is a 1000 acre state of the art Chicken Pedigree Complex built for Cobb (a Tyson company). It included multiple buildings and infrastructure for the complex.
Broadway Contracting took this project from conceptual design all the way through completion. We developed working schematics and site development plans and then together with the owner refined the design to produce schematics ready for the engineering firm that we helped the owner select. Broadway compiled all plans from civil to MEP to equipment suppliers and added them to our design to produce a full working set of plans which we then put out for bid to the various trades. This project was slated to be a 14 month project and through fast tracking and meticulous site management were able to turn it over for occupancy in just 10 months. With above expected owner satisfaction on timely completion and quality of the project this is one of our flagship accomplishments. Through extremely dedicated financial oversight we were able to stay within the budget set by the owner.
