First of its kind in this country, this State of the Art hatchery complex was built for Cobb (a Tyson company). This project included the newest high performance hatchery along with a newly designed quality assurance center.
Broadway Contracting took this project from conceptual design all the way through completion. We developed a working design and helped the A&E firm produce a full set of construction documents. This project was slated to be a 16 month project and through fast tracking and meticulous site management were able to turn it over for occupancy in just 9 months giving them the opportunity to produce an approximate extra $13 million revenue stream over the time we saved them in construction. With above expected owner satisfaction on timely completion and quality of the project this is another one of our flagship accomplishments. Through extremely dedicated financial oversight we were able to save the owner over $2 million in construction cost.
