The Simmons Decatur Feed Mill Pet Food Plant needed to expand only 3 years after completion. The same team was reassembled to do the 50,000 SF expansions to the building. Work also includes new storage tanks, feed milling, grain receiving and weighing, and boiler facilities. As another Fast Track project, the team is meeting weekly in order to evaluate the progress and the changing needs of the project. The design has been very fluid during the process, requiring flexibility on everyone's part.
